Jonathan Crouse

Jonathan Crouse is the CEO of Bluebonnet Infrastructure, where he leverages over two decades of energy sector experience to build, scale, and deliver long-term value across multiple energy ventures. Known for his strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive, Jonathan has consistently transformed startups into market leaders through disciplined execution and commercial insight.

Prior to founding Bluebonnet, Jonathan served as President of Evergreen Midstream, leading the evaluation of a broad portfolio of energy investments—from niche helium plays to large-scale infrastructure joint ventures across North America.

Earlier, he co-founded Align Midstream Partners II and served as Vice President of Business Development, where he led the commercial strategy for a greenfield midstream enterprise that rapidly scaled to over 700 MMCFD of natural gas throughput. At Align Midstream Partners I, he played a pivotal role in expanding newly acquired gathering and processing assets in East Texas, driving both growth and efficiency.

Jonathan also co-founded PSI Midstream, a greenfield venture with assets across Louisiana, where he directed commercial strategy and strategic partnerships. He began his career in finance at Superior Natural Gas Corporation, a natural gas marketing firm, where he built the analytical foundation that informs his leadership today.

Beyond Bluebonnet, Jonathan remains actively engaged in energy advocacy and currently serves on the board of the Natural Gas Society of East Texas and previously held a national board seat with the GPA Midstream Association. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
